Added a "Quick Start" section to run planning that lets you start a planned run from a previous planned run, or a favorite. You can bookmark planned runs for quick access during run creation.

Add support for new Free Trial and Pay-As-You-Go subscription types. Each new user account has its own enterprise domain.
Enterprise domain administrators can share data from their personal space or workgroups that they are a member of to accounts outside of the enterprise domain. This applies to the new domains for the new subscription types, and also existing enterprise domains.
Improve handling of file extension searches.
A new BaseSpace Downloader includes security fixes.

Performance improvements to analysis list for large accounts.
Fixed an issue that prevented mismatched numbers of controls and samples being submitted from application forms.
Improved reliability of file searching for customers with a large set of custom metadata on analysis results.
