Combine Samples
Combine samples when you want to merge data from at least two different sequencing runs for the same sample.
From the Projects tab, select the project.
Select Samples.
Select the checkbox of each sample to combine.
From the File menu, select Merge.
In the New Sample ID field, enter a name for the combined samples.
Select Combine.
